At Hoonique we are proud to offer our customers free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend, no fine print.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1β3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

During peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control. International orders may also be subject to customs processing, which can add to the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If we detect an address issue, our support team will email you to verify within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@hoonique.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee this after the 24-hour window.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that receiving your order promptly matters, and we ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control β severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or address verification issues. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected and keep you updated throughout.
Hoonique is not liable for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We will always do our best to help resolve any issues that arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once we hand your package to our courier partner, it is outside our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@hoonique.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend also contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Hoonique will contact the courier on your behalf and provide updates. If the package is not found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. Please note that lost or stolen packages fall outside our standard refund policy, but we will always try to find a resolution.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version before making a purchase.
